As the Creative Director for Starks Signature Homes, I led the full branding and visual development of their company. From concept to execution, I designed the official website, established their signature branding colors, and created a cohesive collection of print and digital assets. This included business cards, marketing folders, flyers, promotional cards, and a custom flutter flag design to enhance their on-site visibility. I continue to work alongside their dynamic team to uphold and evolve the brand’s presence across all platforms and touchpoints.
Starks Signature Homes, a premium homebuilding company, hired Deja at DBD Visual Firm to establish a strong and cohesive brand identity from the ground up. As their Creative Director, I was tasked with crafting a professional and recognizable visual presence that would reflect the quality and elegance of their custom home builds while appealing to high-end clients and investors. The goal was to create a visual brand that would translate seamlessly across web, print, and in-person presentations.
This project established the visual foundation for Starks Signature Homes, allowing them to confidently market their brand both online and offline. The cohesive identity enhanced their credibility, improved lead generation, and made their client presentations more professional and persuasive.
Impact
For me, serving as Creative Director has been a rewarding and evolving experience, pushing me to grow in leadership, team collaboration, and real estate-focused design strategy. Working with such a passionate and driven team continues to inspire my best creative work.
